Activity: How good are your sleep strategies? Handout.
Activity: How important is sleep. What could possibly go wrong? At you table you will be researching the major sleep disorders. What are they? What can you do about them? How dangerous are they? Please take notes individually as you put together a brief explanation of each.
Activity: Sleep Journal. Share at your table what you observed about your sleeping habits. Do you notice anything in common? Do anything surprise you about your own sleep pattern? How concerned are you about your sleep? After discussing with your group look up effective ways to improve your sleep.
Activity: You were asked to keep a record of your dreams over the last two nights. Write them down with as much detail of specifics as you can. You will be doing dream analysis on today and this will make class much more interesting if you have your own dream to analyze. In your group explain what do you think they mean? After discussing use the dream analyzer below to see if it helps explain or clarify what your dream might mean. Discuss with your group after using dream analyzer.
