Mapping the Brain
Activity: In groups of three you will be researching the answer to the following questions. You are trying to become an expert and you will be sharing with your group and the class what you found. Extra credit for most creative or funny. Example
Identify the parts of the brainstem and the functions of each.
Understand the function of the Thalamus.
Understand the function of the Cerebellum.
Identify the parts of the Limbic System and the functions of each.
Identify and delineate the major regions of the Cerebral Cortex.
Identify
and delineate the two specialized language areas of the left
hemisphere, and describe the right hemisphere's special function.
Homework: Finish SQ3Ring Unit 3A.
