Unit 8b Emotions:
Stress and Health Learning target: Students will be able to understand the different theories of emotion, define what stress is and how it can affect our health.
Stress Survey: Get back in your groups and discuss what you learned from surveying students and staff. What did you notice? What was stressing them out? How much control did people feel like they had over their stress? What is stress? So how much control do people have over their stress as compared to early humans? What are the implications for this?
